Directions
to the Hotel
If
you are flying to one of the three major airports in NYC,
below are ways for you to get to the hotel:
Catch
a cab from JFK for a fixed rate plus tip and tolls. A taxi
from La Guardia Airport will cost you approximately $30-40
plus tip and tolls; a taxi from Newark Airport will cost you
approximately $80 plus tip and tolls. Public transportation
is available from all airports:
La
Guardia -
Take the M60 bus from the terminal. This will take you to
Astoria Boulevard where you can transfer for the or trains.
You can take either of these trains to the 34th Street stop.
JFK
Airport -
The Airtrain from JFK will take you to Jamaica Station where
you can catch the train and take it all the way into Manhattan
to 34th street stop. A faster option is to take the Long Island
Rail Road from Jamaica Station to Penn Station in New York
(only one stop on the express). From Penn Station you can
take the train.
Newark
Airport -
The Airtrain from Newark will take you directly to New York
Penn Station. It is important that you go to New York Penn
Station and not Newark Penn Station. From New York Penn Station.

Traveling by Car to New York City:
From
the George Washington Bridge -
Take route 9A to 34th street, travel east on 34th Street to
8th Avenue. Make a right on 8th avenue. There is a parking
lot in this area.
From
the Triboro Bridge -
Take the FDR Drive South to the 34th Street exit. Take 34th
Street directly west to the hotel.
From
the 59th Street Bridge -
Take 2nd Avenue to 34th Street. Go West to 8th Avenue.
From
the Midtown Tunnel -
Take 2nd Avenue to 34th Street.
From
the Williamsburg Bridge -
Take Delancey Street to Allen Street. Allen Street becomes
1st Avenue. Take 1st Avenue to 34th Street.
From
the Manhattan Bridge -
Take Forsythe street to Houston Street. Left on Houston to
6th Avenue. Right on 6th Avenue to 34th Street, left on 34th
to 8th Avenue.
From
the Brooklyn Bridge -
Take the FDR Drive North to the 34th Street exit. Take 34th
Street straight down to 8th Avenue
From
the Holland Tunnel -
Take the West Side Highway North to 34th Street, travel east
on 34th Street to 8th Avenue.
From
the Lincoln Tunnel -
Exit onto 42nd Street going East. Left on 8th Avenue to 34th
Street and the hotel.
